Learning and Development

Offering individual and organizational development

The Operational Excellence Program Office (OEPO) is improving the way we do business, and UC Berkeley staff will want to manage their careers along with UC Berkeley's growth and change.  On-going learning is key to career advancement and professional satisfaction in all jobs.  The OEPO, in partnership with Learning + Organizational Development (L+OD), informs staff of learning and development programs that are aligned with organizational initiatives.

Learning and development resources for staff include sponsored tuition for a select number of course offered by  UC Berkeley Extension.  For information on these courses and other professional development resources, we encourage staff to visit UC Berkeley's Learning Center, which can be accessed by logging in to blu and clicking on "UC Learning Center" or "e-Learn" in the "Self-Service" section.

The OEPO can also direct unit leaders to resources that can support them in successfully managing the myriad of changes occuring on our campus and in making organizational improvements.
