The Operational Excellence (OE) Program Office provides a range of tools, along with access to various resources, that can help our campus community transform ideas into new revenue, cost savings, or improved operations.  We also provide a gateway to the many professional development opportunities available to staff and the organizational development support that is available to unit leaders.
